Chipo is an actor known for her work in Into the Badlands, Silo, Black Cake and Constellation.
She trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and was a RADA Council Member from 2009-2023. She is a member of Equity’s International Solidarity Committee and acted as Co-Chair of the Union’s Independent Commission for Race Equality in 2020.
Chipo helped start the charity SAFE Kenya, which delivers theatre for social change to marginalised communities in Kenya, and Envision Zimbabwe Women’s Trust, which partners with UK charity Peace Direct on peace building in Zimbabwe.

A chartered trade mark attorney, she sits on the Council for the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA). Carol is passionate about diversity and inclusion and sits on the CITMA Diversity and Inclusion Working Group, the IP Inclusive Advisory Board and is a member of IP Inclusive Careers in Ideas Task Force, heading their mentoring scheme.

Rhoda is a medical oncologist, clinical director in oncology drug development with a top-5 global pharmaceutical company, and a CMI chartered manager.
She has led numerous clinical trials, authored/co-authored 60+ publications in peer-reviewed medical journals, and presented at international congresses. Rhoda has also worked on several community projects including organising medical supplies from the UK diaspora for hospitals in Zimbabwe and, currently, with the Croydon Community Action Group (CCAG) in England that leads school patrols to keep young people in Croydon safe.
She is also a freelance writer and editor, serving as chief editor for popular Zimbabwe-based House of Mutapa magazine (2020-2022).
Henry Makiwa is an award-winning former journalist and currently serves as the head of digital and communications for Bite Back 2030, a youth-led campaign charity founded by renowned chef Jamie Oliver.
Henry has over 15 years of experience as a communications professional in the non-profit sector, having worked with organisations such as CARE International, the British Red Cross and World Vision. He has also held the position of communications and advocacy manager for the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP).
Before his career in communications, Henry honed his skills as a political journalist in Zimbabwe, making contributions to various print, online, and broadcast outlets such as The Daily News, NewZimbabwe, SWRadio Africa, and The Standard.
Yvonne is a business transformation expert in the information and computer technology industry with over 23 years experience in infrastructure & service delivery and digital transformation.
She previously led the digital R&D function at Econet Wireless, Hewlett Packard and Deutsche Telekom and is currently head of AI & data at TM Forum, growing thought leadership. Yvonne also works with the International Peace Project enabling conflict resolution through constitutional education and data science.

Denver’s research portfolio encompasses diagnostic laboratory-based work, literature studies, and bespoke health economic and outcomes research. He regularly consults alongside leading healthcare strategists, academics, and elected representatives. In recent years, Denver has turned his focus to the digital HealthTech space, developing mobile-based platforms aimed at increasing access to healthcare and driving measurable impact at scale. He is a sought-after speaker and has presented at prominent international forums, including the World Health Organisation (WHO) in Geneva.
